November's recipe in November



Bucatini gricia

400 g of pasta (bucatini)
150 g of bacon seasoned
60 g pecorino Romano cheese grated
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

While you cook the pasta in salted water in an iron pan you brown the bacon until crispy. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and you jump in the pan by adding the pepper and a piece of cheese, if necessary add a little pasta water. It is divided into four bowls all hot. You add the remaining cheese and is eaten hot
